When you need more content but can’t produce it in-house, you turn to someone you can trust. I offer writing services for marketing that works.
As a content marketer (and dare I say ContentOpps person), I’ve written a variety of articles for international and stateside clients since 2009. The styles and length (300-2,000 words) vary depending on the client’s goals, voice, and scope of work.
What Makes Bridget Different?
When ghostwriting, I match the writing style with their brand voice, local spelling (Cheers, UK!), and local idioms. This starts with a questionnaire that I developed after working with Roofer Marketers now JobNimbus Marketing.
If the company doesn’t have brand guidelines, I read their website and mirror it. More often than not, however, a company’s website outdated and they don’t even like it. It’s like a kitchen a homeowner always intended on improving but never got around to doing.
The goal is to amplify their purpose and keep visitors coming back. Of course, each article has SEO best practices in mind — with a few of my own intuitive strategies.
Do You Have Writing Samples?
Yes, I have some of my writing samples. However, many clients require I sign an NDA so I’ve been selective.
“Bridget is an insightful and brilliant writer and educator on websites, content, and copywriting.” Diane Whiddon
“Bridget is a five-star Yelp review. Full stop.” Tracy Lee
Who Else Writes for Bridget Willard, LLC?
My main writing partner is Warren Laine-Naida. He’s been an excellent vendor and we also write marketing books together. I’ve also hired Jen Miller and Todd Jones in the past.
As the work expands and contracts, we expand and contract.
What Is Your Writing Process?
The writing starts with a kickoff call. Then I bill you and send a questionnaire. This is the most crucial step and what allows me to write articles that sound like you and meet your current marketing goals.
Once the invoice is paid:
- I create an Editorial Calendar in Google Sheets.
- I write the article in Google Docs that I send you.
- You publish the article.
- Easy.
Does Bridget Willard LLC use AI for writing?
As much as I like to personally chat with ChatGPT (especially good for brainstorming medical decisions, IMHO), I do not use AI for copywriting nor do my vendors.
We believe there is nuance to writing that feels natural to native speakers that is important in conversion copywriting.
How Much Does it Cost to Hire Bridget Willard, LLC?
The cost depends upon the size of the article. I don’t charge by word and challenge you not to do so either. You can see current prices on my pricing page.
How Can I Get Started?
If you’ve had it with agencies who over-bill and underdeliver, then you came to the right place.
Let’s jump on a call to get the ball rolling. When it comes to SEO, the longer you wait, the more you give up.
