Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 17, 2017
Last Updated: April 21, 2025

Welcome to BridgetWillard.com — a property of Bridget Willard, LLC. By using this website or engaging with any of the services offered herein, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

1. Scope of Services

BridgetWillard.com provides professional marketing services including—but not limited to—social media management, content creation, WordPress consulting, website audits, and strategy sessions. All services are tailored to each client’s needs as outlined in individual proposals or service agreements.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will not begin until payment is received. By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and the Fulfillment Policy below.

3. Fulfillment Policy

Refunds are not provided unless expressly agreed upon by both parties in writing. As services typically begin immediately after payment, refunds are generally not feasible.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Digital services commence promptly upon receipt of payment. Delivery timelines are based on the defined scope of work. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, returns are not accepted and all sales are final.

Cancellations are not permitted once work has begun. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary materials, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or approvals on your end may impact project timelines and do not entitle you to refunds or discounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain rights to the final deliverables specific to your brand (e.g., copywriting, strategy outlines). BridgetWillard.com reserves the right to showcase completed work (excluding sensitive or confidential materials) in portfolio or marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

BridgetWillard.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—any services, advice, or deliverables. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, website outages, or content mismanagement.

7. Changes to Terms

Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website and services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
