Brand Awareness: The Myth of the First-Click Lead

So I want to talk a little bit about brand awareness.

There are so many people who think that there is such a thing as a first-click lead. But even in the checkout aisle at the grocery store, there is an impulse counter.

You’ve seen it. Are the items there things you’re familiar with? Of course they are. That snickers bar is calling to you and you remember the commercial from when you’re a kid and you buy it.

Why would you think your product or service is any different?
